Every A6 Church account comes with a congregation website. People in your church can access this site via mobile or desktop browsers. With this site your people can:
- View the latest announcements from your church.
- Register for events. (Events plan required)
- Give online via credit/debit card or bank account. (Giving plan required)
- Set up automatic/recurring donations to your ministry. (Giving plan required)
- Fill out forms. (Premium People plan required)
- Manage their volunteering requests and schedule. (Volunteering plan required)
- Find and join groups. (Groups plan required)
Setting up your congregation website
Good news! Your congregation website comes ready to use out of the box! If you've signed up for an A6 Church account, then you are ready to use your congregation website. Wasn't that easy? Here are some tips and tricks to help you get the most out of your congregation website:
- Your congregation website url is customizable! We auto generate one for you, but you change it by navigating to Settings > Congregation website. You'll find your settings in the menu at the top right of your screen. On this page you can enable your website, change the url used for the website, and decide which features to use on the website.
- Before you can accept payments on your congregation website you'll need to connect your Stripe account to your A6 Church account. See this article to learn how to set up your Stripe integration: Connect Stripe
- Announcements shown on your congregation website can be created in the Online tab of your A6 Church admin portal. Tip: Adding graphics to your announcements will grab the attention of your members!
- Your people can give online through your congregation website without logging in by going to the /give endpoint. (Example: yourchurch.a6church.com/give)
